If you had aadhar number and just click Aadhar radio button as like below

Enter your Aadhar number, full name, Pin code and at final click on Get one time password, then a one time password will be sent to your registered mobile.
After receiving the one time password just enter into the box which shows with the Enter OTP label. Yes, now your Aadhar card will be download at your drive, just save it.

At your time of registration, you might have received Enrolment number, take it and just go to the below link

Enter enrolment number, your full name, Pin code, mobile number and click on Get one time password

After receiving the one time password just enter into the box which shows with the Enter OTP label. Yes, now your Aadhar card will be download at your drive, just save it.
